If you are a first time user and the primary exhibitor contact, to receive your password, first click on the “Forgot Password” link and enter your email address and a reset link will be emailed to you. Click on the link and set a new password. If you do not receive the email, please check your company spam filter or contact the Arm Registration Support Team at 415-947-6130.
If you are not the primary exhibitor contact, you will need to be added as a secondary authorized user, so that you may access the portal to make updates and add booth staff. To request that you be added, please send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org
and we will follow up with the primary contact for approval. Once approved we will add you as a secondary user.
If you are a returning user, please enter your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, please follow the reset directions above or contact the Registration Support Team at 415-947-6130, Monday – Friday, from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm PT.
